1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AUDYT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
AUDYT is a subscription audit and financial visibility application that helps users identify recurring charges, detect shadow debt, and track subscription spending. The service connects to financial institutions through Plaid to provide read-only access to transaction data for analysis purposes.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Financial Data Access
By connecting your financial accounts through Plaid, you authorize AUDYT to access read-only transaction data from those accounts. We do not have the ability to initiate transactions, transfer funds, or make any changes to your accounts. You can disconnect your accounts at any time.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use AUDYT for any illegal purposes, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit malware or viruses, to interfere with the service operation, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that could harm other users.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AUDYT, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of AUDYT and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
AUDYT is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The information provided by AUDYT is for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUDYT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AUDYT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
